Privacy Policy

How Acceledesk approaches the privacy of its users. Effective October 14, 2026.

1

Welcome to Acceledesk! This Privacy Policy explains what information Acceledesk LLC ("Acceledesk," "we," "our," or "us") collects when you visit acceledesk.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The MDCreator application and its optional AI Agent service are also covered by the MDCreator Privacy Policy.

You can read articles on this site without creating an account or giving us any personal information. We only collect personal information that you choose to provide:

  • Contact and feedback forms: your email address, subject, and message, so we can respond to you.
  • Accounts and subscriptions: your name, email address, mailing address, the subscription plan you choose, and your sign-in credentials (a password, which is never stored in plain text, or a passkey).
  • Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never sent to or stored by Acceledesk. We keep a record of your orders and payments and the Stripe customer ID that links them.
3

Cookies set by this site: this site uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work. A session cookie keeps temporary information during your visit, and an authentication cookie keeps you signed in. If you sign in, a cookie remembers your email address for one year so the sign-in form can fill it in for you. We don't use these cookies for advertising or to track you on other websites.

Advertising measurement: this site uses the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure how well our own Google Ads campaigns work, for example whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads went on to download or buy a product. The Google tag may set cookies and send information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your IP address, to Google.

4

We count how many times each article and page is viewed. These counts are totals for each page and are not linked to you.

Like most websites, this site is hosted by a cloud provider (Microsoft Azure) whose servers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

5

We use the information described above to run this site, respond to your messages, provide and bill for the products you sign up for, send account and service emails, keep the site secure, and measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as Microsoft Azure (hosting and email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Google (advertising measurement, as described above), or when required by law.

6
  • If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are asked for your consent before advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy message on the site.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies this site sets, you won't be able to sign in.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through our contact page.
7

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and follows strong security practices to keep the information it holds safe. Any potential vulnerabilities are addressed promptly to ensure the security of our infrastructure.

9

This Privacy Policy may change in the future. If changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
