MDCreator may provide access to an optional AI Agent service. The AI Agent service is not required to download, install, or use the core MDCreator markdown editor.

Passwords are stored using appropriate security measures and are not stored as readable plain-text passwords.
When you use the AI Agent service, information necessary to provide the service may be transmitted between MDCreator and Acceledesk's servers. This may include information you submit to the AI Agent and information necessary to process and return the AI Agent's responses.
The AI Agent service is separate from MDCreator's core markdown editing functionality and is only used when you choose to use the service.
A subscription is not required to use MDCreator's core markdown editing functionality.
If you subscribe to the AI Agent service, subscription and payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. Acceledesk does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or other sensitive payment-card credentials.
MDCreator does not upload or store your documents as part of its core markdown editing functionality.
If you choose to use the AI Agent with information from a document, information that you submit to the AI Agent may be transmitted to the services necessary to provide the AI functionality. You should avoid submitting confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed by those services.
MDCreator's core markdown editing functionality does not collect personal information. The optional AI Agent service requires an account and subscription. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.
